1982 TYO Productions Inc.(now TYO Inc.) was established in Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, as a CM production company with 10 million yen capital and six staff.
1987 A commercial produced by TYO Productions Inc.(now TYO Inc.) won the Gold Prize at the Cannes International Advertising Festival.
* The company was awarded the same prize again in 1992.
Produced Twilight of the Cockroaches (cinematic movie created with animation and live action).
1988 As a result of business growth, the company headquarters was transferred to Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
1989 Won the All-Japan CM Grand Prize, the most coveted honor in Japan's TV commercial production industry.
* The company was awarded the same prize again in 1990.
1990 Hiroaki Yoshida (Current CEO) directed a film produced by Oliver Stone, Iron Maze. This was the first Hollywood film to be directed by a Japanese director.
1997 Head office relocated to Kami-Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
2000 Operational divisions spun off as separate companies in order to maximize the Group's corporate value.
2002 TYO Interactive Design Inc. (now ID division) established and commencement of web production business.
Listed on JASDAQ market.
2003 Consolidated net sales exceeded 10 billion yen.
2005 The number of employees in the Group exceeded 500.
2006 TYO International B.V. (now, ID division) established and overseas web production business started.
Consolidated net sales exceeded 20 billion yen.
2007 Obtained ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
Settlement term changed from end-September to end-July.
2010 By acquiring and merging the advertising companies within the Group, the brands owned by each company were transferred to TYO's business section.
